LAST GAME BEFORE BIG EAST PLAY

Friar Hopes Rest On Greedy Peterson
Keno and the Friars have their last non-conference contest tonight before the Big East battles begin. Providence takes on Yale tonight at the ‘Dunk’ at 7:00 pm.
Providence enters the game with a 7-4 overall record. A lot of Friar fans are restless and strongly believe the record should be 9-2 overall. A tough road loss at URI after having a big lead – and an upset loss at home to Iona from the MAAC, still sting the most loyal PC fans. But the past is the past and the Friars have to move forward.
Take care of business tonight, beat Yale and go into the first Big East game against Notre Dame with a lot of confidence!
Stat of the Week:
Jamine Peterson, Marshon Brooks and Sharaud Curry contribute 46 of the 84 points that Providence averages per game.
